An exclusive valet parking service is available to all shoppers. Simply drive up to the mall's main entrance near Middle Yin Cheng Road (outside Cartier) and drop your vehicle off with Shanghai ifc mall Parking Valets and we will park the vehicle for you. After shopping, collect your vehicle from the Parking Valets at the same location.

Service Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Parking Valet: Mall Entrance near Middle Yin Cheng Road (outside Cartier)

Service Charge: Valet Parking fee is free. Customers are required to pay parking fee at RMB10 in first hour, then every half hour RMB5 (less than half an hour will be counted at half an hour). Shoppers who spend designated amount can enjoy maximum complimentary 3-hour free parking. Please present the same-day original official receipts at concierge counter to redeem complimentary parking privileges. Before picking up your vehicle, please have a reservation call (tel: 13661782622) at least 30 minutes in advance. Shoppers need to present the Parking Valet Card to pick up your vehicle at Parking Valet.
